Our pricing is done on a simple flat fee per closed file, first or second. If for some reason the file for a particular loan doesn't close, you won't owe us anything other than any third party charges incurred. Otherwise, we will invoice you; our fee will be itemized on the closing statement, and the title company will issue us a check directly. It's that easy!
